Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and simply return the original item to us for a refund.
• We do not accept Returns on products that were not purchased from the Nightcall website.

• Merchandise must be returned within 15 days
• Merchandise must have all original tags attached
• Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
• Night Call does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back.
• Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return.
• You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
